Key Responsibilities

• Translate a wide range of documents, including marketing materials, website content, technical documents, and user manuals
• Collaborate with the translation team to ensure consistency and quality of translations
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, terminology, and cultural nuances
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure accuracy and quality of translations
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality translations on time
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements
• Utilize translation memory tools and software to optimize translation efficiency and consistency
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in translation and localization
• Contribute to the development of translation style guides and glossaries
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving translation processes and quality
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and expertise
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and quality of translations across all channels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in translation or a related field
• Native-level proficiency in the target language and strong understanding of the source language
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
• Experience with translation memory tools and software, such as MemoQ or Trados
• Familiarity with industry-standard translation formats, such as XML and HTML
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
