About the role

CloudWave Digital is accelerating its release cadence with a focused CI/CD and platform automation sprint. We need an AWS Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and refine pipelines that enable faster, reliable deployments across our services.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable CI/CD pipelines on AWS using CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
• Containerize legacy services with Docker and integrate them into automated workflows.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code with CloudFormation or Terraform for repeatable environments.
• Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and optimize build times.
• Collaborate with developers to embed security and testing stages into the release process.

Must-have skills

• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda).
• Proficiency in Docker containerization.
• Strong DevOps mindset with CI/CD tooling expertise.
• Solid Linux administration and scripting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch or Grafana.
• Knowledge of security best practices in pipeline design.
