Senior UX/UI Designer for B2B SaaS Dashboard Redesign

We are an established B2B SaaS company providing supply chain logistics software to enterprise clients. Our current analytics dashboard is functional but outdated, and our user feedback indicates that it is becoming difficult to navigate as we add more features. We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio in data visualization and complex system design to lead a complete visual and functional overhaul of our main client dashboard.

The primary goal of this project is to simplify complex data sets into an intuitive, visually engaging user interface. You will not just be "making it pretty"; you will need to understand our users' workflows (logistics managers) and design paths that reduce friction. You will work directly with our Product Manager and Lead Frontend Developer to ensure your designs are feasible and scalable. We expect you to start with low-fidelity wireframes to validate user flows before moving into high-fidelity pixel-perfect prototypes.

We work exclusively in Figma. The ideal candidate must have a design system mindset—you will be required to update and maintain our existing design system (typography, color palettes, component library) as part of this project. If you have experience designing for fintech, logistics, or any data-heavy industry, you will be a great fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Audit the existing dashboard to identify usability issues and navigation bottlenecks.

Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to demonstrate new user flows.

Design high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI mockups for the main dashboard and reporting screens.

Develop a cohesive visual language for data visualization (charts, graphs, and heatmaps).

Update and maintain the company's master Component Library and Design System in Figma.

Conduct remote usability testing sessions with a small group of beta users to validate designs.
