We're a B2B SaaS company providing accounting software for small businesses, currently spending $8,000 monthly on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with moderate results. We need an experienced PPC Specialist to take over campaign management, optimize our ad spend, improve cost-per-acquisition, and scale our lead generation efforts. You'll manage search campaigns, shopping ads for our product tiers, display remarketing, and conversion tracking while providing weekly performance reports and strategic recommendations for budget allocation.

Your primary goal is improving ROI by reducing wasted spend, identifying high-converting keywords, creating compelling ad copy that resonates with small business owners, optimizing landing page alignment, and implementing conversion tracking that accurately attributes leads to campaigns. We're currently getting 40-60 leads monthly at $130-$200 CPA, and we need someone who can lower that to $80-$120 while maintaining or improving lead quality. You'll have access to our Google Analytics, CRM data, and landing pages for optimization insights.

This is an ongoing monthly retainer requiring 15-20 hours per week. We're looking for a PPC expert with proven B2B SaaS experience, Google Ads certification, demonstrated ability to lower CPA while scaling volume, and strong analytical skills. You'll have autonomy to make daily optimization decisions while collaborating with our marketing team on strategy.
