We are a growing small business in the creative services sector, looking for a motivated Junior Content & Social Media Assistant to help us manage our online presence, create engaging content, and support day-to-day digital marketing tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who is early in their career, eager to learn, and comfortable balancing structured tasks with creative freedom. Youβll work closely with the founder and a small team, gaining hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing workflows.
We value consistency, reliability, and a willingness to grow. While the workload is manageable, we expect proactive communication and a genuine interest in helping our brand connect with its audience.
π― Responsibilities
Draft and schedule social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
Assist in writing blog posts and short articles (500β800 words)
Create simple graphics using Canva or similar tools
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally
Research trending topics and suggest content ideas
Support email newsletter creation and distribution
Maintain a content calendar and track deadlines
Collect analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
Collaborate with the founder on campaign ideas
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Basic copywriting and editing skills
Familiarity with social media platforms
Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts

Tier 2 ($525/month): Standard workload (social posts + 2 blogs + analytics)
