I run a small Shopify store selling eco-friendly products. Need a Store Manager to handle daily operations—product uploads, order processing, inventory management, and basic customer support. Simple, organized work for someone familiar with e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
Upload 10-15 new products per month with descriptions
Process and fulfill orders daily (20-30 orders/week)
Update inventory levels and stock alerts
Handle basic customer inquiries via email
Monitor and resolve order issues
Update product photos and descriptions as needed
Run weekly sales reports
Coordinate with suppliers for restocking
Required Skills:
Experience with Shopify platform
Strong organizational skills
Good written communication
Attention to detail for order accuracy
Basic product photography knowledge (helpful)
Customer service mindset
Comfortable with Google Sheets
