Senior Motion Graphics & After Effects Animator for YouTube/TikTok/IG Channels

We produce motion graphics intros, transitions, lower-thirds, animated explainers, and viral hooks for 20–35 YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram channels (finance, tech, motivation, top-10, faceless + face-on-camera). All channels combined 200M+ monthly views.

We are looking for a true After Effects wizard who can own 6–10 channels: full animation packs, custom templates, 3D elements, kinetic typography, and 60fps buttery-smooth motion that stops the scroll.

You will be directly responsible for watch time, CTR, and channel growth.

Responsibilities

Create full animation packs (intros, outros, transitions, lower-thirds)

Kinetic typography + text animations synced to voice

3D elements, particles, glitch effects, liquid motion

Custom templates (mogrt for Premiere + AE projects)

Animated explainers (whiteboard, 2.5D, infographics)

Viral hook animations (first 3-second explosions)

Export for YouTube, TikTok, IG Reels + Shorts

Revise based on performance data

Monthly style evolution + trend research

Required Skills

Expert After Effects (5+ years, 100+ animations)

Cinema 4D or Blender basics (3D elements)

Element 3D, Trapcode Suite, Newton, Duik

60fps smooth motion + perfect easing

Proven animations that boosted watch time/CTR

Nice to Have

Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, Indonesia, or LATAM

Experience with finance/tech/motivation channels

Previously created packs for 1M+ view videos

Familiar with Lottie/JSON export or Rive

Weekly Commitment

25–35 hours per week (flexible, deadline-driven)

Payment Structure

Standard – $2,400/month (25 hrs/week, 50 animations)

Senior – $3,300/month (30 hrs/week, 80 animations + 3D)

Lead – $4,200/month (35 hrs/week, full packs + templates + strategy)

Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal.
