Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models and textures for various projects, including gaming, film, and architecture
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and engineers to ensure that models meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy
• Implement and refine 3D models using software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of 3D modeling techniques, including polygon modeling, NURBS, and subdivision surface modeling
• Work closely with the design team to conceptualize and design 3D models that meet the client's requirements
• Participate in project planning and scheduling to ensure that models are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in 3D modeling
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that models are properly implemented and integrated into the project
• Participate in quality assurance and testing to ensure that models meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of your work, including 3D models and textures
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Maintain open communication with the team, including providing updates and feedback on project progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy and goals

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in 3D modeling, with a focus on creating high-quality models and textures
• Proficiency in software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender, with a strong understanding of 3D modeling techniques
• Strong understanding of color theory, texture, and lighting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and quality
• Strong portfolio of your work, including 3D models and textures
• BA or BS in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of the principles of design, including balance, contrast, and composition
• Ability to receive feedback and criticism, with a willingness to learn and grow
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
