About the role
Vertex Analytics is revamping a legacy production platform that must stay online 24/7. We need a React Native developer who can redesign key mobile components while guaranteeing zero‑downtime deployments. The work is fully remote and will be scoped to deliver a modern, performant app experience.
Key responsibilities
- Refactor existing React Native codebase to adopt latest best practices
- Implement seamless feature toggles for rolling updates without service interruption
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate new APIs and ensure data consistency
- Write automated tests and set up CI pipelines for continuous delivery
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize app startup and runtime speed
Must-have skills
- 5+ years building production‑grade React Native apps
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript, Android, and iOS ecosystems
- Experience with zero‑downtime deployment strategies
- Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks
Nice to have
