Key Responsibilities

• Organize and categorize researched information in a clear, accessible manner for use by content developers and writers.
• Collaborate with the content development team to integrate research findings into educational content, including textbooks, online courses, and interactive learning materials.
• Assist in the development of educational modules by providing researched content, suggestions for interactive elements, and ideas for engaging educational activities.
• Participate in team meetings and discussions to share research findings, provide input on content development, and contribute to the overall educational strategy of the company.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in research, preferably in an educational or academic setting, with a strong ability to find, evaluate, and synthesize information from various sources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with online research databases and tools.
