We're a project management SaaS tool (500 paying customers, $40K MRR) looking to accelerate growth. Need a Growth Marketing Manager to run experiments, optimize acquisition channels, improve activation rates, and reduce churn. You'll own growth metrics and test creative strategies to hit our goal of $100K MRR in 12 months.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth experiments across channels
Optimize user acquisition (SEO, paid ads, partnerships)
Improve onboarding and activation rates
Implement retention and referral programs
Run A/B tests on landing pages and email flows
Analyze funnel metrics and identify bottlenecks
Build viral loops and growth mechanisms
Manage marketing attribution and analytics
Report weekly on growth metrics and learnings
Required Skills:
4+ years growth marketing experience (SaaS required)
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, activation)
Experimentation mindset with A/B testing expertise
Multi-channel marketing knowledge (SEO, paid, content, email)
Analytics proficiency (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
Understanding of product-led growth strategies
Copywriting and landing page optimization
Data-driven decision making

Standard: $2,000/month (growth experiments + acquisition)
Advanced: $2,750/month (+ retention + analytics)
Premium: $3,500/month (full growth ownership + strategy)
Bonus: 1% of new MRR generated monthly
Payment on the 5th of each month
