Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using PHP, Laravel, and MySQL, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, front-end developers, and project managers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Participate in requirement gathering and analysis, contributing to the development of technical specifications and project plans.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, using debugging tools and techniques to identify and fix problems.
• Contribute to the development of automated testing scripts, ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in PHP development, attending conferences, meetups, and online courses to continuously improve your skills.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement to your colleagues.
• Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve defects, ensuring the highest quality of our web applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including code comments, API documentation, and technical guides.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of web applications, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers, contributing to their growth and development.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to ensure efficient and effective project management.
• Contribute to the development of our technology stack, evaluating new tools and technologies to improve our development processes.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and MySQL, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in web development.
• Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software development principles.
• Experience with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality code and meeting project deadlines.
