Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis.
  • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop and implement effective financial administration systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other members of the financial administration team to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
  • Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.
  • Participate in financial planning and budgeting activities, including preparing financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information and records.
  • Perform other financial administration tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial administration, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of financial administration principles, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.
  • Proficiency in financial administration software, including QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of financial information and records.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
  • Experience working with financial administration teams and collaborating with other professionals to achieve financial goals and objectives.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certificate in financial administration or a related field, such as accounting or business administration.
