Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into our Excel spreadsheets, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, including formulas, charts, and graphs.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
- Analyze and report on data trends, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Develop and implement data management processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff members on data management and Excel skills.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Work closely with the IT department to resolve technical issues and implement new systems and software.
- Conduct regular backups and ensure data security, in accordance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Provide ad-hoc support and assistance to management and other team members as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in data entry and management, preferably in a business or consulting environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and correct errors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Experience with data management software and systems, such as databases and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Certification in data management or a related field, such as IT or business administration.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
