Cybersecurity Analyst Needed for Multi-Region Security Audit

About the role

Harbor Softworks is launching a greenfield SaaS product for a remote‑first team. We need a proactive Cybersecurity Analyst to embed security practices from day one, protect data flows, and shape the security posture of the new platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement threat models for core micro‑services
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediate findings
• Develop security‑focused CI/CD pipelines and automated scans
• Collaborate with developers to embed secure coding standards
• Monitor cloud environments for anomalies and respond to incidents

Must-have skills

• Hands‑on experience with security testing tools (e.g., Nessus, OWASP ZAP)
• Strong scripting ability in Python for automation
• Deep familiarity with Linux hardening and system security
• Understanding of SaaS threat vectors and compliance basics

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud security frameworks (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with security incident response in a remote team
• Certifications such as CISSP or OSCP
