Key Responsibilities
- Editing and finalizing video content for a range of clients and projects, including social media videos, corporate commercials, and event coverage
- Collaborating with our team of designers, copywriters, and account managers to develop creative concepts and ideas for video content
- Ensuring that all video content meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with our clients' brand identities
- Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our clients' needs and preferences, and using this knowledge to inform video editing decisions
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in video editing and production, and applying this knowledge to continuously improve our video content
- Working closely with our production team to plan and execute video shoots, including developing shot lists, storyboards, and location scouts
- Editing and finalizing video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing software
- Adding music, sound effects, and voiceovers to video content, as required
- Ensuring that all video content is optimized for different platforms and formats, including social media, website, and TV
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement video marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions
- Conducting quality control checks on all video content to ensure that it meets our high standards
- Providing feedback and guidance to junior team members, as required
- Staying organized and managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing and production, with a strong portfolio of work
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills, with the ability to ensure that all video content meets the highest standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization
- Strong understanding of video marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to develop and implement effective video marketing plans
- Experience working with a range of clients and projects, including social media, corporate, and event video production
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Ability to take direction and feedback, with a willingness to learn and improve
- Certification in video editing or a related field, such as a bachelor's degree in film or media production
