Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and CircleCI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Develop and implement automated testing and deployment scripts using tools such as Selenium and Docker.
• Ensure the smooth operation of CI/CD pipelines, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to optimize the development process.
• Work with the development team to resolve issues and optimize the build process.
• Implement continuous monitoring and feedback loops to ensure the quality and reliability of software releases.
• Develop and maintain documentation for CI/CD pipelines and related processes.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure the security and compliance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the CI/CD pipelines and development process.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to ensure the timely delivery of software releases.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth deployment of software releases to production environments.
• Develop and maintain metrics and reports to measure the performance and quality of CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and CircleCI.
• Experience with automated testing and deployment scripts using tools such as Selenium and Docker.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of security and compliance principles, with experience in implementing secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
