I manage email lists for 6–8 creators/coaches in the productivity, mindset, and business niches (lists 10k–80k subs). They send 1–2 newsletters per week + occasional promo sequences.

Need a designer/writer who can turn bullet points + links into beautiful, high-open-rate emails in Beehiiv, ConvertKit, or Klaviyo — clean design, punchy copy, GIFs, buttons, and subtle sells. Responsibilities

Design & write 8–16 newsletters per month

Create custom banners, dividers, GIF embeds (Canva/Giphy)

Write subject lines that get 40%+ opens

Add personalization, segmentation tags, links

Format promo emails & sequences

A/B test subject lines when needed

Pull analytics (opens, clicks, top links)

Required Skills

Beehiiv, ConvertKit, or Klaviyo design (drag-and-drop + custom HTML/CSS when needed)

Punchy, conversational copy (US tone)

Canva for quick graphics

Attention to mobile readability

Nice to Have
