Responsibilities

• Clearly define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in close collaboration with senior management, technical leads, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, resource allocation matrices, critical path analysis, and realistic timelines for each phase of the project lifecycle.
• Lead and facilitate all core agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to chosen methodologies and maximizing team productivity.
• Proactively monitor project progress against established baselines, meticulously tracking key performance indicators, milestones, and deliverables, and providing regular, transparent updates to all relevant parties.
• Execute robust risk management strategies, including identifying potential project risks, assessing their impact, developing effective mitigation and contingency plans, and escalating critical issues appropriately.
• Manage project budgets meticulously, overseeing expenditure, tracking actual costs against estimates, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and maintaining strict cost controls to prevent overruns.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all project-related communications, facilitating effective collaboration among cross-functional development teams, design specialists, quality assurance, clients, and third-party vendors.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all deliverables meet specified requirements and maintain a high standard of quality.
• Prepare compelling and insightful project status reports, proposals, and presentations for various audiences, including executive briefings and client updates, articulating progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
• Champion and advocate for best practices in project management, actively contributing to the refinement and continuous improvement of organizational processes, tools, and templates.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth.
• Oversee all aspects of project closure, including conducting thorough post-mortem analyses, documenting lessons learned, archiving project documentation, and ensuring smooth transition to operational teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects within the digital transformation, software development, or web solutions sector.
• Demonstrable expertise and practical application of both Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional Waterfall project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.
• Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe Agilist is highly preferred.
• Exceptional leadership qualities coupled with superior communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and interpersonal skills that enable effective interaction with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Advanced proficiency with leading project management and collaboration software, including but not limited to Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or Monday.com.
• Highly developed analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a proven track record in complex problem-solving, risk identification, and proactive mitigation strategies.
• A demonstrated capacity to efficiently manage multiple concurrent projects of varying complexities, effectively prioritize tasks, and maintain composure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, client relationship management, and vendor negotiation, ensuring alignment and clear expectations across all parties.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field is required; a Master's degree or MBA will be considered a significant asset.
