Senior Identity Access Management Specialist Needed for IAM Implementation

About the role

TechFlow Inc is accelerating its release cadence through a focused CI/CD and platform automation sprint. As an Identity Access Management Specialist you will secure the new "PulseGate" deployment pipeline, ensuring identity governance keeps pace with rapid code delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement role‑based access controls for the PulseGate CI/CD environment using AWS IAM and HashiCorp Vault.
• Automate user provisioning and de‑provisioning workflows in Jenkins and GitLab CI via Terraform scripts.
• Integrate SAML SSO with internal developer portals and enforce MFA across all automation agents.
• Conduct security reviews of pipeline artifacts, embedding policy checks with Open Policy Agent.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps engineers to embed least‑privilege principles into container orchestration (EKS) and serverless functions.
• Document access‑control standards and provide knowledge‑transfer sessions for the release engineering team.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with AWS IAM, Cognito, and cross‑account role management.
• Proficiency in Terraform or CloudFormation for access‑infrastructure automation.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OIDC, and MFA implementation.
• Hands‑on experience securing CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
• Understanding of Linux security fundamentals and audit logging.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Open Policy Agent for policy‑as‑code.
• Experience in Zero Trust network architecture.
