About the role

Summit Digital is expanding its AI capabilities within a multi‑tenant B2B platform. As an AI Machine Learning Engineer you will lead the delivery of the new "Nimbus Insights" module, enabling per‑tenant predictive analytics across the existing product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement tenant‑aware recommendation pipelines using PyTorch and TensorFlow, ensuring data isolation per client.
• Integrate the Nimbus Insights module with the core product via FastAPI endpoints, delivering versioned REST services.
• Develop automated CI/CD workflows in GitLab CI for model training, validation, and deployment to Kubernetes clusters.
• Set up feature stores in Feast to manage shared and tenant‑specific features, maintaining data quality metrics.
• Collaborate with product owners to define MVP milestones and deliver weekly sprint demos.
• Monitor model drift in production with Prometheus alerts and implement rollback strategies.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML models at scale.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and FastAPI.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of multi‑tenant architecture and data privacy.
• Ability to write clean, testable code and unit tests.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or BigQuery for large‑scale data processing.
