Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality visual materials, including logos, brochures, and social media graphics, that meet the company's brand standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and create comprehensive brand identities, including typography, color palettes, and imagery.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, to create and edit a wide range of design assets, from icons and graphics to complex compositions.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of design principles, including color theory, composition, and typography, to ensure the creation of visually appealing and effective designs.
• Work closely with project managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into various projects, including websites, mobile applications, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve the quality and innovation of our design solutions.
• Prepare and present design concepts and revisions to clients and internal stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize designs.
• Ensure all design assets are optimized for various formats and resolutions, including web, print, and mobile devices, to guarantee consistency and quality across different platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of design projects, including timelines, deadlines, and deliverables, to facilitate efficient project management and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our design solutions.
• Contribute to the development of design standards, guidelines, and best practices to enhance the overall quality and consistency of our design work.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of design systems, including style guides and asset libraries, to streamline design processes and improve collaboration among team members.
• Stay organized, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.

Requirements

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, with a strong portfolio that showcases your creative and technical skills.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of creating stunning and effective designs that meet client expectations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with the ability to learn and adapt to new design tools and technologies.
• Excellent visual design skills, with a strong understanding of color theory, composition, and typography, and the ability to apply these principles to create visually appealing and effective designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring high-quality design solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
• Familiarity with design systems, style guides, and asset libraries, with the ability to contribute to the development and maintenance of these resources.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with the ability to apply these principles to create user-centered and effective designs.
