Roblox Game Developer & Economy Designer for UGC Games

We run 12–20 Roblox experiences (tycoons, simulators, obbies, roleplay) with 50M+ total visits and multiple games hitting 5k–20k+ CCU. All monetize via game passes, dev products, and premium payouts.

We are looking for a proven Roblox Developer & Economy Designer who can own 4–8 games: scripting (Lua), UI/UX, game design, economy balancing, updates, anti-exploit, and scaling to 10k+ CCU with $50k–$300k+/month revenue.

You will be directly responsible for player retention and Robux revenue.

Responsibilities

Full game development in Roblox Studio (Lua scripting, UI, animations)

Design & balance in-game economy (pricing, sinks, limiteds)

Weekly updates (new features, events, limited items)

Anti-exploit systems + moderation tools

DataStore management + player progression

A/B test game passes & dev products

Optimize performance for 5k+ CCU

Collaborate on game concepts & thumbnails

Monthly reporting + revenue strategy calls

Required Skills

5+ years Roblox development (Lua mastery)

Proven games with 10M+ visits or $100k+ revenue

Expert in Roblox economy design & monetization

Understands 2025–2026 Roblox meta (mobile, trading, limiteds)

Fluent English + data-driven decisions

Nice to Have

Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, Indonesia, or LATAM

Experience with tycoons, simulators, or roleplay games

Previously hit 10k+ CCU

Familiar with Rojo, Wally, or Roblox-TS

Weekly Commitment

25–35 hours per week (flexible, update-driven)
