Full Stack Developer – E-Commerce & API Integration

Overview:

We are seeking a mid-level full stack developer to build, maintain, and optimize e-commerce platforms and integrate third-party APIs. You'll work remotely with a cross-functional team to deliver robust digital commerce experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive e-commerce websites and web apps using modern frameworks

• Integrate payment gateways and third-party APIs (order management, shipping, CRM, etc.)

• Write clean, well-documented code for front-end (Vue.js/React/Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Python, PHP)

• Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing

• Optimize site performance and user experience

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues

• Collaborate with designers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

• Maintain documentation and deployment pipelines

Required Skills & Technologies:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, Angular)

• Experience with Node.js, Python, or PHP

• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and payment gateway integration

• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind

• Version control (Git)

• Database knowledge (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)

• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)

• Problem-solving and debugging skills

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years' experience in web/app development

• Previous e-commerce project experience preferred

• Ability to work independently with remote teams

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Multi-client or freelance background is a plus
