Virual Assistant Personal Care Research Assistant

I’m running a user-experience study on a range of adult-oriented personal care products and need an organised virtual assistant to keep the research moving smoothly from recruitment to insights. Your day-to-day will involve finding and screening suitable adult participants, arranging and confirming interview or survey slots, recording each session (Zoom, Google Meet or similar), and neatly transcribing the conversations so I can focus on analysing what people actually feel while using the products.

Once the fieldwork is done, I’ll look to you for a clear, well-structured report that highlights recurring pain-points, delight moments and any surprising behaviours. A concise slide deck or written summary is fine—as long as the raw transcripts, anonymised data sheets and key quotes are all included and easy to trace back to their source. Accuracy, confidentiality and good file management are essential.

I already have a draft screener and discussion guide; feel free to improve them if you spot gaps. Comfort with Google Sheets, Docs, Zoom recordings and a basic survey platform such as Typeform or SurveyMonkey will make everything faster.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria):

• 10–15 qualified adult participants confirmed

• Recorded sessions + verbatim transcripts stored in a shared drive

• Consolidated data sheet with demographic tags

• Insight report that surfaces at least five actionable UX recommendations
