About the role

We are upgrading our test automation framework to cut regression risk before major releases. The Docker Kubernetes Specialist will design, implement, and fine‑tune container orchestration for our CI pipelines, ensuring reliable, repeatable test environments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Kubernetes clusters tailored for test workloads
• Containerize existing test suites and integrate them into Git‑based pipelines
• Automate scaling and resource allocation to optimize cost and speed
• Collaborate with QA leads to embed health checks and reporting
• Document best practices and handover procedures for ongoing maintenance

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise with Docker and Kubernetes in production
• Strong DevOps mindset and CI/CD pipeline experience
• Proficiency scripting in Bash or Python for automation
• Understanding of test frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and their containerization

Nice to have

• Experience with Helm charts and Kustomize
• Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus/Grafana
