Node.js Developer for Production Payment System Integration

About the role

TechFlow Inc is launching a project‑based data pipeline and analytics enablement for its operations teams. We need a Node.js Developer to design, build, and integrate scalable ingestion and transformation services that feed real‑time dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement Node.js micro‑services for data collection and processing
• Develop RESTful APIs to expose cleaned data to analytics tools
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure schema consistency and performance
• Write unit and integration tests, and maintain CI pipelines
• Document APIs and data flow diagrams for cross‑functional teams

Must-have skills

• Strong Node.js (NodeJS) development experience
• Proficiency with Express framework
• Deep understanding of JavaScript and REST API design
• Experience building data pipelines or ETL processes

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP) for data storage
• Knowledge of message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Exposure to containerization (Docker)
