Senior DevOps Engineer Needed for GitOps Rollout

About the role

Harbor Softworks is launching a focused sprint to tighten CI/CD pipelines and automate platform provisioning. We need a DevOps Engineer who can design, implement, and fine‑tune end‑to‑end release workflows that accelerate delivery while maintaining reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitOps principles
• Containerize services and orchestrate deployments with Docker and Kubernetes
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration on AWS
• Integrate security scanning, testing, and monitoring into release cycles
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot pipeline failures and optimize performance

Must-have skills

• Strong experience designing CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services
• Solid scripting/automation skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Understanding of version control, branching strategies, and release management

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana
• Knowledge of security best practices for containerized workloads
