Systems Architect & Automation Consultant for Online Businesses

I operate a portfolio of 7- and 8-figure online businesses (SaaS, e-commerce, coaching, and membership sites) and consult for similar high-growth companies.

I am seeking a true Systems Architect & Automation Consultant who can design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade systems — eliminating bottlenecks, automating workflows, and building scalable infrastructure that supports $10M+ revenue with minimal human touch.

This is a strategic role for someone who sees the big picture and executes flawlessly.

Responsibilities

Audit existing tech stacks and identify inefficiencies

Design and implement automation ecosystems (Zapier, Make.com, n8n, custom APIs)

Build scalable SOPs, dashboards, and playbooks

Integrate tools across CRM, payments, support, and operations

Architect customer journeys (onboarding, retention, upsell flows)

Create self-healing systems (error handling, monitoring, alerts)

Lead tool selection and migration projects

Train teams and document everything obsessively

Monthly systems health checks and optimization roadmaps

Advise on hiring and structuring ops teams

Required Skills

8+ years building systems for 7-figure+ online businesses

Expert in Zapier/Make.com + custom code (Node.js/Python when needed)

Deep knowledge of tools: ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Gorgias, etc.

Process mapping and documentation mastery

Strong business acumen (understands LTV, churn, margins)

Nice to Have

Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, LATAM, or Eastern Europe (4–6 hrs overlap with US time zones)

Experience as COO, Head of Operations, or Systems Architect

Background in EOS, Scaling Up, or similar frameworks

Previously built systems that reduced team size while growing revenue

Weekly Commitment

20–30 hours per week (highly leveraged, async-first)

Payment Structure

Standard – $2,500/month (20 hrs/week, audits + automation builds)

Senior – $3,300/month (25 hrs/week, full system design + implementation)

Partner Track – $4,200/month (30 hrs/week, strategic oversight + team structuring + equity)

Paid on the 1st and 15th via Wise or PayPal.
