About the role

DataPro Services is seeking a senior NLP Engineer to lead the development of an advanced conversational AI platform. You will design, implement, and fine‑tune language models that power real‑time user interactions across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build end‑to‑end NLP pipelines for intent detection and entity extraction.
• Develop and optimize large language model fine‑tuning workflows.
• Integrate NLP services with existing backend APIs and data stores.
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to define conversational flows.
• Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement loops.
• Document technical decisions and create reusable components.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with Python for NLP and machine learning.
• Proficiency in building and deploying REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of transformer architectures and fine‑tuning techniques.
• Expertise in data preprocessing, tokenization, and evaluation metrics.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JavaScript for front‑end integration.
• Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
