We’re looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who understands modern branding, digital trends, and how visuals drive engagement and conversions.


This role is about strategy through design — not just making things “look good,” but ensuring every visual aligns with brand identity and marketing goals. You’ll be working across various industries, including e-commerce, lifestyle, education, and SaaS, designing impactful assets that stand out in competitive markets.


Expect to design everything from logos and social media graphics to marketing collaterals, ad campaigns, packaging, and product visuals. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to turn ideas into visuals that communicate and convert.


This is a monthly retainer project (with long-term potential) for designers who can deliver consistently and meet deadlines with creativity and precision.


Key Responsibilities


Design logos, color palettes, typography, and brand style guides.


Create social media graphics (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Ads).


Develop marketing collaterals — brochures, flyers, posters, pitch decks.


Produce website banners, hero images, and landing page visuals.


Design packaging and print-ready materials where required.


Develop A/B-tested ad creatives for campaigns.


Create illustrations, infographics, and visual storytelling elements.


Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.


Collaborate with content writers and marketers for design briefs.


Prepare editable design files (PSD/AI/Figma) for internal teams.


Manage multiple small projects with consistent attention to detail.


Stay updated with design trends, fonts, and visual standards.


Optimize designs for web and mobile-first layouts.


Handle revisions and feedback constructively.


Maintain and organize all design assets systematically.


Required Skills


3+ years of experience in professional graphic design.


Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.


Experience in Figma or Adobe XD (for digital projects).


Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.


Creative mindset with a strong sense of typography and spacing.


Familiarity with social media ad design and A/B testing principles.


Experience creating brand kits and identity systems.


Knowledge of print production standards (bleed, DPI, CMYK).


Ability to work with modern, minimalist, or vintage design styles.


Attention to pixel-perfect detail and file structure management.


Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.


Great communication skills and openness to feedback.


A strong design portfolio with at least 10 samples of prior work.

Deliverables


12–30 social media posts per month (depending on workload).

Editable source files (PSD/AI/Figma).


Two revision rounds per project deliverable.


Weekly updates and design progress reports.


Budget Options


Hourly Rate: $25 – $70/hour (based on project complexity).


Project-Based: $1,000 – $6,000 (branding, social package, or full rebrand).


Monthly Retainer: $1,500 – $5,000/month for ongoing design needs.

Week 1: Brand discovery, mood board, and visual direction setup.


Weeks 2–4: Deliver core brand assets and social media creatives.


Ongoing: Weekly content production, ad creatives, and design updates.
