Cybersecurity Analyst for Compliance Review

About the role

TechFlow Inc is strengthening its security posture for a new SaaS product. We need a proactive Cybersecurity Analyst to assess risks, monitor threats, and implement protective measures across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on web services and APIs
• Analyze security logs, detect anomalies, and respond to incidents
• Develop and maintain security scripts and automation using Python
• Configure and harden Linux servers, firewalls, and container platforms
• Collaborate with developers to embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines

Must-have skills

• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
• Hands‑on experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, OpenVAS)
• Proficiency in Python for security automation
• Deep understanding of Linux system hardening and monitoring

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with SIEM solutions (Splunk, ELK)
• Certifications such as CISSP or OSCP
