About the role

Cascade Apps is extending a core B2B platform with a new multi‑tenant feature set. We need a Docker Kubernetes Specialist to design, implement, and fine‑tune the container orchestration layer that will support isolated tenant environments while keeping operational overhead low. The role focuses on delivering a robust, scalable infrastructure that aligns with our existing CI/CD pipelines and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy multi‑tenant Kubernetes clusters on cloud providers.
• Create and maintain Helm charts and custom operators for tenant isolation.
• Implement automated scaling, monitoring, and logging for each tenant workload.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to containerize services and ensure seamless rollout.
• Conduct performance testing and optimize resource allocation.

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise in Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Proven experience building multi‑tenant architectures.
• Strong command of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Jenkins).
• Solid understanding of networking, security policies, and secrets management in Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
• Familiarity with Terraform or Pulumi for infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
