Senior React Native Developer for Cross-Platform Mobile App Development & Optimization

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior React Native Developer to build and optimize a high-performance cross-platform mobile application for both Android and iOS. This role requires deep expertise in React Native architecture, reusable component development, API integration, navigation systems, offline data handling, app performance optimization, and secure mobile coding practices.

You will be responsible for developing scalable UI components, implementing responsive layouts, managing dynamic states using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API, and ensuring seamless communication between the front-end and backend API layers. Experience with TypeScript, functional components, hooks, and modular architecture is essential.

Your responsibilities include integrating secure REST APIs, handling authentication flows (JWT, OAuth), managing token refresh strategies, implementing real-time updates using WebSockets or Firebase, and handling asynchronous operations gracefully using Axios/Fetch, async/await, and proper error handling patterns.

You will work with modern React Native libraries including React Navigation, Reanimated, Gesture Handler, AsyncStorage, FastImage, Lottie, RNFS, and others required for building production-quality apps. You must ensure smooth animations, minimal frame drops, optimized lists using FlatList/SectionList/FlashList, and responsive UI on different screen sizes.

A major part of the role involves advanced performance optimization—reducing app load time, removing unnecessary re-renders, optimizing bundle size, improving JS thread performance, managing memory usage, identifying bottlenecks, and profiling using Flipper, Hermes, and React DevTools.

You will handle mobile-specific challenges including offline data storage using SQLite/WatermelonDB/AsyncStorage, caching strategies, background tasks, push notifications (FCM/APNS), deep linking, universal links, and secure storage for sensitive data (Keychain/Keystore). Experience with biometric authentication is a strong plus.

Deployment and build management are essential. You must configure signing keys, build pipelines, code-push updates, OTA bundles, app versioning, release builds, provisioning profiles, and upload builds to both Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect.

You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect UIs following best practices for spacing, shadows, color usage, accessibility, and touch-friendly interactions. You must follow mobile UX standards for navigation patterns, gestures, animations, and layout structures.

Experience with native modules (Android Java/Kotlin, iOS Swift/Objective-C) is preferred for handling advanced device features. You should also be comfortable debugging native crashes using Logcat, Xcode logs, Crashlytics, and other error monitoring tools.

Candidates must provide previously published React Native apps, GitHub projects, or portfolio samples demonstrating advanced cross-platform mobile development skills.
