We are a venture studio and advisory firm that supports 8–12 early-stage startups and high-ticket solopreneurs (revenue $100k–$5M/year) in SaaS, e-commerce, and creator economy spaces.
We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to serve as a Fractional CMO — providing strategic oversight, building marketing systems, and driving measurable growth without the cost of a full-time executive.
You will work with 4–6 clients simultaneously, acting as their embedded marketing brain.
Responsibilities
Develop and own full-funnel marketing strategies (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue)
Audit existing marketing (ads, email, content, SEO, partnerships)
Build/playbook marketing systems (SOPs, dashboards, tech stack)
Manage and optimize paid acquisition (Meta, Google, LinkedIn – hands-on or via team)
Oversee content, email, and conversion rate optimization
Run monthly strategy calls and quarterly planning sessions
Hire and manage junior freelancers/media buyers when needed
Report directly on ROI, LTV:CAC, pipeline velocity
Advise on positioning, pricing, and offer strategy
Required Skills
7+ years in performance marketing (agency or in-house)
Proven track record scaling businesses past $1M–$5M ARR
Deep expertise in at least 3 channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email, SEO, Content)
Fluent English + strong presentation skills (client-facing calls weekly)
Data-driven mindset (Excel/Google Sheets + analytics tools)
Nice to Have
Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, LATAM, or Eastern Europe (4–6 hrs overlap with US time zones)
Experience as full-time CMO or Head of Marketing
Worked with SaaS, e-commerce, or creator businesses
Familiar with tools: GA4, Klaviyo/Beehiiv, Webflow, Notion, Triple Whale
Weekly Commitment
20–30 hours per week (highly flexible, results > hours)

Payment Structure
Standard – $2,000/month (20 hrs/week, 4 clients, strategy only)
Senior – $2,750/month (25 hrs/week, 5–6 clients, hands-on execution)
Partner Track – $3,500/month (30 hrs/week, full ownership + team management + equity discussions)
Paid on the 1st and 15th via Wise or PayPal.
