Need a true Notion wizard who can design and build complex relational databases, synced blocks, automated templates, formula mastery, custom buttons, API integrations (Make/Zapier/Slack), client portals, and team handovers. Responsibilities
Build full company workspaces from scratch or templates
Design relational + linked databases with rollups, formulas, filters
Create automated templates & buttons (duplicate, update status, send Slack)
Set up client portals & permission systems
Integrate Notion API + Make/Zapier for external automations
Build dynamic dashboards (progress bars, charts via Notion Charts or embeds)
Create content calendars, CRM pipelines, OKR trackers, wikis
Migrate data from ClickUp, Asana, Airtable, Google Sheets
Record handover/training videos for clients
Maintain & iterate existing client workspaces
Required Skills
Expert Notion (databases, relations, formulas 2.0, buttons, synced blocks)
Template creation & duplication logic
Clean, aesthetic page design
Notion API + webhooks basics
Make/Zapier for Notion triggers/actions
Nice to Have

Working Schedule

Payment Structure
Standard Tier – $1,900/month (25 hrs/week, standard workspaces + databases)
Senior Tier – $2,800/month (32 hrs/week, includes API + advanced formulas)
Lead Tier – $3,600/month (38 hrs/week, full company OS builds + training juniors)
Paid bi-weekly via Wise or PayPal.
