Responsibilities
Build full Framer sites from Figma (100% pixel-perfect)

Integrate payments, forms, logins (Lemon Squeezy, Memberstack, etc.)
Custom code components (React when needed)
Performance optimization (lazy loading, image CDN)
SEO setup + meta tags + schema
Client handoff + recorded training videos
Migrate sites from Webflow/WordPress/Wix to Framer
Required Skills
Expert Framer (layout, components, CMS, motion)
Framer Motion + custom overrides
Clean, reusable component structure
Figma → Framer translation mastery
Basic React/TypeScript for custom code components

Payment Structure

Lead Tier – $4,200/month (40 hrs/week, full complex sites + 3D + training juniors)
Paid bi-weekly via Wise or PayPal.
