About the role
TechFlow Inc is launching a targeted marketing analytics platform and needs a meticulous QA Software Tester to ensure product quality before release. You will work closely with developers and product owners to define test criteria and validate functionality across multiple browsers and devices.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
- Identify, document, and track defects using a ticketing system
- Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and resolve issues
- Maintain test scripts and update test suites as features evolve
- Provide clear test reports and recommendations for improvement
Must-have skills
- Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle
- Hands‑on experience with Selenium for web automation
- Ability to write clear, concise test cases and bug reports
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience testing marketing or analytics applications
- Knowledge of performance testing tools
