About the role

LumenWorks is launching a greenfield SaaS product that will serve a global remote‑first audience. We need a versatile Full Stack Web Developer to shape both the client experience and the server backbone from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive UI components with React, ensuring accessibility and performance.
• Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs using NodeJS and integrate them with MongoDB collections.
• Set up CI pipelines for automated testing and deployment in a remote‑first workflow.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teammates to iterate quickly on feature specs.
• Write clear documentation and contribute to code reviews to maintain code quality.

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in React, NodeJS, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
• Experience delivering production‑grade features in a SaaS environment.
• Comfort with Git, pull‑request workflows, and agile ceremonies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or container orchestration.
• Knowledge of serverless functions or cloud services.
