Sales Closer (High-Ticket Phone Closer) for Coaching & Course Programs

We book and close calls for 12–20 high-ticket coaching, mastermind, and course programs (offers $5k–$75k+). Leads come from ads, webinars, and applications — warm to hot.

We are looking for an elite Phone Closer who can take 20–50 booked calls per week, build rapport fast, handle objections like a pro, and close 30–50%+ of calls. This is pure commission firepower — the best closers here make $15k–$50k+/month.

Responsibilities

Take 20–50 pre-booked sales calls per week (Zoom/phone)

Qualify, build desire, handle objections, close on the spot

Follow proven scripts + adapt to caller energy

Use stories, pain/gain framing, urgency, and risk reversal

Log every call (notes, objections, close rate)

Occasionally run post-call follow-up sequences (SMS/email)

Weekly debriefs to refine script and objections

Required Skills

3+ years high-ticket phone closing ($5k+ offers)

Proven 30%+ close rate on coaching/consulting calls

Master of objection handling (price, spouse, timing, “need to think”)

Thick skin + positive energy under pressure

Fluent neutral English (US/UK/AU accent preferred)

Nice to Have

Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, LATAM, or Eastern Europe (flexible hours)

Experience closing for Hormozi-style, Tony Robbins-style, or mastermind offers

Familiar with CallRail, Calendly, Close.com CRM

Previously closed $1M+ in personal sales

Weekly Commitment

25–40 calls (roughly 20–35 hours, including follow-ups)

Payment Structure

Standard – $1,500 base + 10% commission

Senior – $2,000 base + 15% commission

Elite – $2,500 base + 20% commission + bonuses

Paid base on 1st/15th + commission weekly via Wise/PayPal.
