We build and optimize high-converting sales funnels for 12–18 high-ticket coaches, consultants, and course creators (offers $2k–$50k+). Tools: ClickFunnels, HighLevel, Framer, Webflow, Leadpages, custom code when needed.
We are looking for a world-class Funnel Builder & CRO Specialist who can own full funnel strategy, design, copy coordination, tech setup, and relentless A/B testing — turning cold traffic into booked calls and paid enrollments.
You will manage 5–10 active funnels and be directly responsible for client revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Full funnel audits + conversion gap analysis
Design & build long-form sales pages, VSL funnels, webinar funnels
Write high-converting headlines, CTAs, and page structure
Set up order bumps, upsells, downsells
Integrate payments (Stripe, ThriveCart, SamCart)
Run A/B tests (page structure, pricing, guarantees, bonuses)
Heatmap & recording analysis (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity)
Mobile optimization + load speed (<3s)
Monthly reporting + optimization roadmap calls
Required Skills
5+ years building 6–8 figure funnels
Proven CRO wins (20–100%+ lift case studies)
Expert in at least 2 builders (ClickFunnels, GHL, Framer/Webflow)
Strong direct-response copy principles
Data-driven (Google Analytics, funnel math)
Nice to Have
Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, LATAM, or Eastern Europe (4–6 hrs overlap with US time zones)
Experience with VSLs, challenge funnels, application funnels
Background in Hormozi-style offers or masterminds
Familiar with Hyros, Triple Whale, or Wicked Reports
Weekly Commitment
25–35 hours per week (flexible, client-facing calls required)

Payment Structure
Standard – $2,000/month (25 hrs/week, 5 funnels, core building)
Senior – $2,800/month (30 hrs/week, 8 funnels + CRO testing)
Lead – $3,600/month (35 hrs/week, full strategy + revenue reporting + team coordination)
Paid on the 1st and 15th via Wise or PayPal.
