We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping networks
• Develop and execute LinkedIn Ads strategies including Sponsored Content, Message Ads, and Dynamic Ads
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for both platforms
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
• A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting
• Manage campaign budgets and bid strategies effectively
• Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest PPC trends and platform updates
Required Skills:
• Proven experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Knowledge of conversion tracking and Google Analytics
• Understanding of audience targeting and segmentation
• Excellent copywriting skills for ad content
• Budget management and ROI optimization experience
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
• Google Ads certification
• LinkedIn Marketing certification
• 2+ years of hands-on PPC campaign management
• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Knowledge of remarketing and retargeting strategies
