Experienced Project Manager for Software Development and Business Projects Management

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee software development and business projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate resources across departments

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation

• Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests effectively

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients

• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular progress reports

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Implement Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate

• Manage vendor relationships and third-party contractors

• Document project processes and lessons learned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven project management experience in software development

• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban)

• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello)

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with budget management and resource planning

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing enterprise-level projects

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Familiarity with technical concepts and IT infrastructure

• Experience with remote/distributed teams

• Track record of successful project delivery
