We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our brand presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.


This role goes beyond scheduling posts. We need someone who understands brand voice, user psychology, content strategy, community building, and performance marketing fundamentals.


You’ll be responsible for developing a monthly content plan, designing creatives with the design team, writing captions, monitoring trends, and running performance-driven campaigns.


You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to build a strong, consistent online presence that drives engagement, conversions, and brand trust.


This is a monthly retainer role, with potential for long-term continuation depending on performance.

Key Responsibilities


Develop monthly social media calendars and publish schedules.


Create and manage content strategies for high engagement.


Write engaging, platform-specific captions and hashtags.


Coordinate with designers for posts, reels, and story creatives.


Monitor brand mentions, comments, and community engagement.


Run paid ads on Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn if needed.


Analyze social media analytics to measure performance.


Conduct competitor research and trend analysis.


Optimize posting times and content types based on metrics.


Plan and execute influencer collaborations when required.


Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written assets.


Use analytics tools to track audience behavior and growth.


Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.


Test formats like Reels, carousels, shorts, polls, and stories.


Develop strategies to boost followers, engagement, and conversions.


Required Skills


2 to 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager.


Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.


Strong understanding of content trends and algorithm behaviors.


Basic design understanding (able to guide designers effectively).


Familiar with Canva, SocialPilot, Buffer, or Later.


Ability to write effective copy for captions and ads.


Experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.


Knowledge of content funnels and audience journey mapping.


Understanding of analytics tools like Meta Insights and Google Analytics.


Strong communication and storytelling abilities.


Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.


Experience with influencer and creator partnerships.


Knowledge of brand guidelines and identity management.


Strong organizational and planning skills.


Portfolio of past social media work with measurable results.
