About the role

Ridgeline Software is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted iOS applications. We need an experienced iOS App Developer to strengthen data protection, secure network communication, and audit existing code for vulnerabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform threat modeling on current iOS codebase and identify attack surfaces
• Implement end‑to‑end encryption for stored data and API traffic
• Integrate secure key‑management using Apple Keychain and Cloud services
• Refactor authentication flows to use OAuth2 and biometric fallback
• Write unit and penetration tests to validate security fixes
• Document security guidelines for future development teams

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of native iOS development
• Deep knowledge of Swift, iOS security frameworks, and REST API integration
• Experience securing cloud‑based mobile apps (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency with code signing, provisioning profiles, and App Store compliance

Nice to have

• Familiarity with OWASP Mobile Top 10
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for iOS
• Background in cryptography libraries such as libsodium
