Senior Cybersecurity Analyst – Security Hardening

About the role

BrightMart Solutions is accelerating its CI/CD and platform automation sprint to push faster, secure releases. We need a proactive Cybersecurity Analyst to embed security controls directly into our pipelines and ensure compliance throughout the automation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate static and dynamic application security testing into CI/CD workflows.
• Design and enforce security policies for container images and IaC templates.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to remediate vulnerabilities in real time.
• Automate security monitoring, alerting, and reporting for each release cycle.
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for new automation scripts.

Must-have skills

• Strong knowledge of security best practices in CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with security tooling (e.g., SAST, DAST, container scanning).
• Proficiency in Python for scripting automated checks.
• Deep familiarity with Linux environments and hardening.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) security services.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as PCI‑DSS or ISO 27001.
