About the role

TechFlow Inc is launching an integration project to connect its billing system, CRM, and internal services. We need a REST API Developer who can design, implement, and document robust endpoints that enable seamless data flow across these platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful APIs for billing, CRM, and internal data exchange
• Implement authentication, rate‑limiting, and error handling standards
• Collaborate with product owners to define data contracts and payloads
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability
• Document API specifications using OpenAPI/Swagger
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot integration issues

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building REST APIs with NodeJS
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL schema design and queries
• Familiarity with API security best practices

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for API deployments
• Knowledge of message queues or event‑driven architectures
