About the role

We are seeking a MongoDB Specialist to design, implement, and optimize our NoSQL data solutions. You will work closely with our development team to ensure data models support high‑performance applications and scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design efficient MongoDB schemas aligned with business requirements
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and aggregation queries
• Monitor performance, conduct indexing, and troubleshoot bottlenecks
• Collaborate on API design and data access patterns
• Document data architecture and best practices

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with MongoDB schema design and query optimization
• Proficiency in JavaScript and NodeJS for backend integration
• Understanding of data modeling, indexing, and replication
• Ability to write clear, maintainable code and documentation

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud database services (Atlas, AWS DocumentDB)
• Experience with Docker or containerized deployments
• Knowledge of performance monitoring tools
