Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality graphic designs, logos, and visual materials for various projects and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and implement design concepts that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
• Work closely with art directors to ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop to create and edit visual elements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions.
• Meet deadlines and deliver design projects on time, ensuring high-quality output.
• Communicate effectively with the team and clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of the company's design style and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of design files for print and digital media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
• Maintain organized files and ensure version control of design projects.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to Junior Designers to help them improve their design skills.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or design firm setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work on various design projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with design trends and the ability to stay current with industry developments.
• Certifications in graphic design or related software are a plus.
• Experience with project management tools and version control systems.
