Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software applications meet quality and functionality standards.
• Identify, report, and track defects, collaborating with the development team to resolve issues and improve software quality.
• Conduct manual and automated testing of software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product management, to ensure software applications meet requirements and are delivered on time.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium and other automation tools.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of high-quality software applications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to improve software testing and quality assurance processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Participate in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring software applications are delivered quickly and reliably.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize testing tasks, ensuring testing is aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Provide input and feedback on software applications, contributing to the development of high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in defect triage, collaborating with the development team to prioritize and resolve defects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on QA testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Selenium and other automation tools, with experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex software defects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in programming languages, including Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with test management tools, including JIRA, TestRail, or TestLink.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Certification in software testing, such as ISTQB or CSTE, is an asset.
